Accessibility services are a permission that allows other apps to access their text and media content. This permission is therefore often used by spy apps to read content.

More information

This permission is only available on Android devices. Normally, this permission is only relevant for people who need apps for support. For example, if content from other apps needs to be read out or translated. Spy apps often use this permission to be able to read content from other apps.

You can display a list of your apps via the Settings app. You can then view and manage the permissions for the respective app.

If you find an app that requires these permissions, you should revoke them. If you do not know the app in question or do not need it, you should delete it completely.
